2025 toy collection drive sets goal of 1,000,000 donations

IRVING, TX (Oct. 16, 2025) – Total Office Solutions, the nation’s leading strategic commercial relocation partner offering integrated moving services and office furnishings, has announced it will serve as one of five presenting sponsors for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve 2025 Arlington-Dallas Toys for Tots campaign. Other companies participating as presenting sponsors include AT&T, the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, FOX 4, and the Jordan Kahn Music Company. Together, these companies have set a lofty goal of collecting one million new, unwrapped toys to distribute as Christmas gifts to the less fortunate children in the communities across North Texas. In addition to providing transportation and material support through its office-moving division, Move Solutions, Total Office Solutions will also be dedicating 25,000 square feet of warehouse space to collect and store donated toys.

“This will be our second year to participate, and we are proud to support our annual Toys for Tots campaign,” stated Megan Monette-McDaniel, VP of National Accounts for Total Office Solutions. “We’ll be participating in four key events between now and December, beginning with our program kickoff event on Oct. 16, which we hope is a successful launch in helping us reach our stated goal of one million toy donations. To reach this milestone, we’re asking for support from our local communities by purchasing new, unwrapped toys, which can be donated at any of the 7,500 different collection box drop-offs placed across North Texas.”

Here are the dates and information for the four key events planned for the 2025 Arlington-Dallas Toys for Tots campaign:

• Oct. 16 – Toys for Tots Campaign Kickoff Event
  Total Office Solutions will be hosting a press conference to announce the formal start of their participation in the Toys for Tots collection drive. Hosted in the warehouse where donations will be collected and stored prior to distribution, the company will be releasing additional details about the 2025 campaign
• Nov. 11 – Arlington Veteran’s Day Parade
  Total Office Solutions’ office-moving division, Move Solutions, will have two delivery trucks participating in the parade that will double as collection points for donated toys
• Dec. 16 – AT&T Concert on the Plaza
  AT&T will be hosting an evening Christmas concert on the plaza of their downtown Discovery District, with a performance by the Jordan Kahn Music Company. Move Solutions will again have two delivery trucks onsite to collect donations from participating downtown businesses
• Dec. 18 – Toys for Tots Giveaway Event
  Total Office Solutions will again use their spacious warehouse to host a toy giveaway event where donations will be distributed to several invited families from across North Texas

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December of each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. Toys for Tots accepts new and unwrapped toys appropriate for children up to the age of 12, which can be dropped off at Total Office Solutions’ Irving-based headquarters or any of the other 7,500 drop box locations that will be strategically placed around North Texas.
